Time4Walking
Lessons from the Camino de Santiago - a transformative journey both spiritually and physically.
Putting one foot in front of the other, day after day, in a foreign place with no expectation of what each day will bring. The Camino de Santiago is a centuries-old pilgrimage route across northern Spain, walked by millions of people seeking clarity, healing, peace and a deeper sense of who they are. Laura is one of them. Having walked the Camino herself, Laura knows first-hand what it feels like to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to take part in something truly transformative. These sessions are for anyone curious about the power of walking as a mindful practice, a spiritual journey, or simply a way of finding clarity in the simple act of putting one foot in front of the other.

Time4Tarot
Using tarot as a tool for reflection, not fortune-telling
So many people assume tarot is about predicting the future, but that's not really what it's about at all. Each card in a tarot deck carries a set of images and meanings that act more like a mirror than a crystal ball, holding something up for you to look at and decide what, if anything, it means to you.
Laura's Time4Tarot workshop is a practical introduction to working with tarot cards as a personal tool. You'll learn what the cards mean, how to use them and how to develop your own relationship with them as a guide for everyday life.

Time4Spirituality
Exploring who we are and our place in something bigger
Some of life's most important questions don't have easy answers, and yet asking them can be one of the most grounding things we do. Time4Spirituality is an open-hearted workshop that invites you to explore your own sense of self, your connection to something greater and what it means to live with a little more purpose and peace. This is a safe, non-judgemental space to ask the kinds of questions we often push to one side in the busyness of daily life. Who am I, really? What do I believe? How do I connect with the world around me, with others, and with whatever I understand as God, spirit or the universe? All are welcome, whatever your beliefs or background.

Thyme4Soup
A warm, nourishing course about food, mood and self-care
Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is make something with your hands, share it with others and be mindful enough to actually taste it. Thyme4Soup is a six-week course that does exactly that, gathering together to prepare and share homemade soup, and exploring along the way what it really means to nourish yourself and the impact different foods have on our health and wellbeing.
Each session looks at the relationship between food and mood, our emotional habits around eating, and how the simple act of cooking mindfully can become a genuinely powerful form of self-care.

Time4ADHD
A talk on living with ADHD and finding a calmer way forward
Living with ADHD can feel like being permanently led by whatever is happening right in front of you. Your attention goes where it's pulled, your reactions come before your thoughts, and the idea of slowing down and regaining control of your own thoughts and emotions can feel almost impossible.
Laura knows this from her own experience. Having developed many of the traits of ADHD herself, she understands what it's like to spend most of your life in reaction mode, responding to everything around you, but rarely feeling in control of any of it.
The thing is, ADHD and mindfulness have an interesting relationship. ADHD keeps you very much in the present moment, but without any awareness of being there. Mindfulness works in the same moment, but with intention. Learning to tell the difference (and to choose one over the other) can be genuinely life-changing.
This talk explores what that looks like in practice, and how simple mindfulness techniques can help you move from reacting to responding, and from feeling overwhelmed to feeling a little more like yourself.
