Laura's approach
A calm space for honest conversation
Sometimes people come to Laura knowing exactly what's troubling them. Sometimes they just know that something feels off, and they can't quite put their finger on it.
Either way, that's completely fine.
Laura works at your pace, following your lead. She describes herself as a mirror and a sounding board - a calm, grounded presence who helps you explore your thoughts, feelings, and worries with curiosity rather than criticism.
Many of her clients are parents, carers, and teachers - people who spend so much of their time looking after everyone else that they rarely get the chance to check in with themselves. If that sounds familiar, you're in exactly the right place.
What gets in the way of taking care of you?
Is it that you never seem to have a spare moment?
That your to-do list is never-ending? Or perhaps, the idea of stopping and reflecting feels a little daunting, because you're not quite sure what you might find?
That's more common than you might think, and it's nothing to be ashamed of.
There's a saying Laura comes back to often: "We can't change what we can't see." By having an open, honest conversation in a safe and comfortable setting, you give yourself the chance to share what's really going on - without fear of being judged, criticised, or dismissed.
It's a chance to unpick what's been causing that inner conflict, gain a fresh perspective, and start exploring what a way forward might look like for you.

Through Laura’s Time4Calm course, I’ve learnt so much about myself - how and why I react to things in a certain way, how my past has shaped my beliefs and thought patterns, but more importantly, how to shift these so that I can break away from cycles of negative thought or self-sabotaging behaviours.
