Time4Happiness
2 x 6-week course plus 1 final group celebration that blends storytelling, self-reflection & mindful awareness
Follow the fictional journey of a young boy navigating life’s ups and downs, touching on 12 topics that help us change perspective on a situation and understand the power of positive thinking. Every week includes meditation, reading, discussion and gentle self-inquiry.
You’ll explore happiness from a place of curiosity and compassion – asking “I wonder why I reacted that way?” instead of self judgment such as ‘What is wrong with me?’
With increased awareness and self-reflection within your own situation, you can discuss and find new ways to bring more happiness into your life.

This 12-Week Course is divided into 2 x 6 week segments and costs £249 per person in total.

6-week mindful eating & herbal nourishment course

● Each session covers topics such as mindful eating, sabotaging habits and nutritional self care.

● All resources are provided, including a live cooking demo/tasting demonstration and a healthy soup recipe.
